You must sign in with a Google account to use AdsProMax. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems
• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service beyond its intended interface
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent

4. Intellectual Property

The AdsProMax service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Competitor ad data displayed through the service is sourced from publicly available resources and remains the property of its respective owners.

Ad copy generated through the Copy Lab feature is provided for your use. You are responsible for ensuring any generated content complies with applicable advertising policies and regulations before publishing.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of competitor data or generated ad copy. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed before use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdsProMax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
