AdsProMax ("we," "our," or "us") operates the website at adspromax.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our service.
1. Information We Collect
Google Account Data
When you sign in with Google, we access the following information from your Google account:
- Email address — used for account identification
- Name — displayed in the application interface
- Profile photo URL — displayed as your avatar
- Google account ID — used to link your account
We request only the openid, email, and profile scopes — the minimum required for authentication. We do not access your Google Ads account, Gmail, Google Drive, or any other Google service data.
Data You Provide
When you use AdsProMax, we collect data you provide through your use of the service:
- Website URLs you submit for competitor research
- Competitor selections you confirm during research
- Generated ad copy created through the Copy Lab feature
Data We Gather on Your Behalf
Based on URLs you submit, our system gathers publicly available information:
- Competitor business details (name, URL, services, pricing) from public web sources
- Competitor ad creatives from the Google Ads Transparency Center (a public Google resource)
2. How We Use Your Information
- Authentication: Your Google account data is used solely to create and manage your account and authenticate your sessions.
- Service delivery: URLs and competitor data are used to provide competitor intelligence and ad copy generation features.
- Display: Your name and profile photo are shown in the application interface.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy
AdsProMax's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically:
- We only use Google user data to provide the sign-in functionality described in this policy.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except as necessary to provide the service, comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger or acquisition with your consent.
- We do not use Google user data for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.
- We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless you provide affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required to comply with applicable law.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon (cloud-hosted, encrypted at rest). Sessions are managed via secure, HTTP-only cookies with a 7-day expiration.
We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted database connections, secure cookie configuration (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite), and access controls.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate AdsProMax:
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — powers our competitor discovery and ad copy generation features. Research data (URLs, business information) may be processed by Anthropic's API to generate analysis. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to data processed by their service.
- SearchAPI.io — used to retrieve publicly available ad creatives from the Google Ads Transparency Center. No personal user data is shared with SearchAPI.io.
- Neon — provides our cloud database hosting. Your data is stored on Neon's infrastructure with encryption at rest.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We only share data as described in this policy (with service providers necessary to operate the platform) or as required by law.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Research data and generated content are retained to provide ongoing access to your intelligence reports.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email address below. Upon receiving a deletion request, we will permanently remove your data within 30 days.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Revoke Google OAuth access at any time via your Google Account permissions
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
